Welcome to Michael Turner Studios. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Patron Club membership subscription and its associated monthly sculpture giveaway. By subscribing to The Patron club membership or entering the monthly giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Promoter Information
The promoter of the subscription and monthly giveaway is Michael Turner Studios Limited (Company No: 08181480), whose registered office address is Vista Farm Cottage, Lymore Lane, Milford On Sea, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 0TX, United Kingdom.
2. The VIP Patron Subscription
Subscription Fee:
The subscription fee for VIP Patrons Club is £1.99 per calendar month (inclusive of applicable UK VAT).
Billing & Renewal:
Payments are billed automatically every 30 days via your chosen payment method (Stripe / Credit or Debit Card) starting from the date of initial sign-up.
Member Benefits:
Active paid subscription grants members access to:
Automatic entry into each monthly sculpture giveaway while the subscription remains active.
Exclusive subscriber-only discount codes and promotional offers.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty via your online account dashboard or by emailing [[email protected]] at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid 30-day billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Monthly Sculpture Giveaway Terms
3.1 Eligibility & Worldwide Participation
The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or over, except where prohibited or restricted by local law.
Employees, directors, or immediate family members of Michael Turner Studios Limited are excluded from entering.
Entrants residing outside the UK are responsible for verifying that participating in an international promotional prize draw complies with the laws of their country of residence.
Michael Turner Studios reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from potential winners prior to prize dispatch.
3.2 Entry Methods
There are two routes of entry into each monthly giveaway:
Automatic Paid Route (Subscribers): All active, paying subscribers to The Collector’s Circle at the time of the draw deadline will automatically receive one (1) entry into that month’s giveaway.
Free Postal Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary): To enter the monthly draw for free, send a postcard or enclosed letter via standard post containing your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address to:

Postal entries receive equal weight and equal chance of winning as subscriber entries. Only one postal entry per person per monthly draw is permitted. Postal entries (domestic or international) must arrive at our UK studio address before the closing time specified for that calendar month’s draw to be valid. Bulk or automated postal entries will be disqualified.
3.3 Prize Details
The monthly prize consists of an original hand-crafted metal sculpture produced by Michael Turner, with a minimum retail value of £250 GBP.
The exact featured sculpture for each upcoming month will be announced across Michael Turner Studios’ official social media channels and website.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Michael Turner Studios reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
3.4 Closing Dates, Winner Selection & Skill-Testing Requirement
Closing Date: Each monthly draw closes at 23:59 GMT on the final calendar day of each month, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all combined valid paid subscriber entries and free postal entries within five (5) working days of the closing date, using a certified computerised random selection process.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or telephone within seven (7) days of the draw.
Skill-Testing Question (Canadian & International Compliance): To satisfy international regulatory standards (including Canadian federal law), selected winners outside the UK may be required to correctly answer an unassisted, time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., (15 × 4) + 20 – 5) before being officially declared the winner and receiving their prize.
Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted, fails the skill-testing requirement (if applicable), does not respond within 14 calendar days of initial notification, or fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria, Michael Turner Studios reserves the right to forfeit the prize and conduct a random redraw for an alternative winner.
3.5 International Delivery, Customs & Import Duties
Worldwide Shipping Covered: Michael Turner Studios provides standard international courier shipping for monthly giveaway prizes dispatched to winners outside the United Kingdom, up to a maximum shipping allowance of £50 GBP. Any excess freight charges resulting from remote delivery locations or special delivery requirements must be agreed upon and paid by the winner prior to dispatch.
Customs, Taxes & Import Fees: Prizes shipped outside the United Kingdom are dispatched DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, clearance charges, local sales taxes (e.g., GST, PST, VAT), or administrative fees levied by their destination country’s government or customs authority upon arrival.
Customs Clearance & Refusal:
Michael Turner Studios accepts no liability for customs clearance delays, seizure, or inspection holds imposed by local authorities.
If a prize is returned to Michael Turner Studios due to the winner’s refusal or failure to pay required local customs duties, or due to incorrect delivery details provided by the winner, the winner forfeits all rights to the prize. No cash alternative or replacement prize will be issued, and Michael Turner Studios reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. Publicity & Data Protection
GDPR Compliance: Personal data supplied during subscription registration or entry will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Michael Turner Studios’ Privacy Policy.
Winner Announcement: In compliance with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA / CAP Code) requirements, the surname and county/state of the winner will be made available upon reasonable written request sent to [[email protected]] within 30 days of the draw date.
If a winner objects to their surname and county/state being published, they must inform Michael Turner Studios upon notification. Michael Turner Studios must still provide winner information to regulatory authorities upon request.
5. Limitation of Liability
Michael Turner Studios Limited accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or delayed entries regardless of cause (including technological malfunction, network failure, or postal delays). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Turner Studios shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting or using the prize.
6. Social Media Disclaimer
This subscription and monthly giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook). By participating, you completely release Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
